For hair on hand shipping will be 2-3 business days. For presale hair orders please allow 7-14 business days for you to receive your order!

For presale orders, after placing your order, it will take about 5 days for the hair to come from my vendor to me. After I have received the hair I will be doing inventory checks. Meaning checking to see that everything in your order is correct. I do wash all of the hair prior to it being shipped out which takes 1 full day to air dry. Which will then be shipped out in 2-3 business days. Please have patience when ordering from HairSoT and have a great day!

Yes! All hair from the website can be dyed and bleached to any color you want!

HairSoT is a virgin hair company. Virgin hair is low maintence and will last 6months- 1 year with proper care. Please refer to the Hair care page to learn how to properly care for your hair!

For all straight hair I recommend 3-4 bundles for a full look. For all curly hair I recommend 2-3 bundles!

All orders will be updated with tracking after being dropped off at the post office. Please allow 1-2 days for updates from the carrier. An email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the tracking number is added to your order.
