For hair on hand shipping will be 2-3 business days. For presale hair orders please allow 7-15 business days after tracking has been added to your order

For presale orders, after placing your order, it will take about 5 days for the hair to come from my vendor to me. After I have received the hair I will be doing inventory checks. Meaning checking to see that everything in your order is correct. I do wash all of the hair prior to it being shipped out which takes 1 full day to air dry. Which will then be shipped out in 2-3 business days. Please have patience when ordering from HairSoT and have a great day! PLEASE note that after I have shipped your order I can not control how long it will take to come! PLEASE be aware that if you are ordering hair during the winter months expect for there to be snow or other weather delays. I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ONCE THE HAIR HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT!

Yes! All hair from the website can be dyed and bleached to any color you want!

HairSoT is a virgin hair company. Virgin hair is low maintence and will last 6months- 1 year with proper care. Please refer to the Hair care page to learn how to properly care for your hair!

For all straight hair I recommend 3-4 bundles for a full look. For all curly hair I recommend 2-3 bundles!

All orders will be updated with tracking after being dropped off at the post office. Please allow 1-2 days for updates from the carrier. An email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the tracking number is added to your order.
